Marketing and Communications Manager, de facto creative director, social media manager, PR lead, and promotions manager. In my role, I am responsible for managing social media from production to publishing. I research, develop and produce communications internally and externally and advise leadership in communications with media and external audiences. I created and maintain our new website including the strategy on user experience, content, integration of eCommerce, and promotions. I've developed two new revenue streams, one thru the sales of branded merchandise on our website to customers all across the country and in three countries outside of the US. The second by creating monetized promotional opportunities for our vendors to elevate brand awareness to our customer base both on and offline.

As a Cashier, I was responsible for processing customer transactions ​and providing high-quality customer service for hundreds of customers a day. Berkeley Bowl is known for its selection of produce and selection of grocery items, so I utilize my experience in cooking and event management to engage customers looking for ideas to execute in their kitchens with products from our store.
